Delivery Service Procedures
Generally, 2 QIC employees deliver your purchased items to your address (Except Economy Delivery, which is only 1 QIC employee). Delivery time starts when our vehicle arrives at your address.
Delivery Date
We usually deliver item at later day from your purchased date.
Delivery hours: 10pm – 5pm (7 days)
Express Delivery Service
Sometimes we are able to arrange delivery on the same day of your purchase. It depends if the below situations are met:
- your purchasing item(s) is/are in stock and ready to go
- your purchase must be by 1pm
Ask our staff if the express delivery is available on the day or not.
We also update on Facebook or Twitter when the service is available.

Cancellation Policy
| 24-hour advance notice | 50% of delivery fee is refundable |
| Less than 24-hour notice of cancellation | 100% of delivery fee is non-refundable |
Storing Your Purchased Items
We can store your purchased items for 5 days after ready to go.
Purchased items exceeding 5 days will be charged a storage fee of $5 / day.
Notes
- Please indicate to QIC if delivery is required at time of purchase.
- If you require set-up / assembling /installation of your purchase there is an additional charge.
- If you require items moved to make room for your new purchase, there is an additional charge.
- If you want us to pick-up your old furniture with your delivery, please arrange for a free in-home estimate with a QIC estimator before your purchasing.
