All one has to do is call to book a free in-home estimate and an offer will be given. If an offer is accepted, an arrangement can be made where our company can pick up all your furniture for a small fee. If you do not wish to be charged a pick-up fee you can opt to drop off the furniture yourself at our Burnaby store. Our store receives new items daily and has some of the lowest prices in the city. Purchased items must be picked up or delivered within 5 days. Items exceeding 5 days will be subject to a storage fee.(See our delivery rates.)
Purchased used items exceeding 5days will be charged a storage fee of $5 per a day per an item.
We do not hold any items for sale without a confirmed intent to purchase. QIC believes all our valued customers should have a fair chance to purchase all our items on a first come, first serve basis.
